Short Term Marriage Contracts?

What do you think of the idea of having a special type of marriage which is contracted to last only a certain period, say 3 years, 5 years, 10 years. Longer than that would be a regular marriage. At the end of the contract, if both parties agree, it can be extended or converted in a regular marriage.

The idea is for people to gain the insurance and legal benefits of marriage without having to go through the huge cost of a divorce later.

So, are you going to sign up?

i let out a` flat at fraction of market value on a verble contract basis can i increase to fair markt value?

I was left a premesis by my mother 3 years ago and have rented it out at a `fraction of its market value on a verbal contract basis.Can i request an increase for its full value and request my tenant sighn short term agreement? How much notice do i have to give.?And what can i do if tenant refuses
