Can you describe the features of flat pack furniture that make it suitable for batch production?
Thanks in advance

It requires less warehouse space to store, and is essayer to transport.

Its more cost effective for transport as there is less damage to flat-pack boxes than there would be for a whole furniture item.It uses up less space in the warehouse as they can be stored really high up and be retrieved by a fork lift truck. They take less space up in the transportation vehicle.Transport companies charge by the box, and the more boxes you send out, the cheaper it is per box, thus reducing the overall cost to the consumer. If one of the boxes is damaged , then only that box needs replacing , rather than the whole item.
