Guys, I really need your help. I started getting terrible acne on my chest and back last year. Went to see my doctor last week and am now on antibiotics. I have good diet, fitness, skin-care regime, drink lots of water etc etc.
I have had to wear high-neck t-shirts and polo necks to cover it. It’s really getting me down. Don’t have as much spots now, but the scars left behind are so bad (red and very prominent).
Can anyone give me some first-hand advice on something good for scar removal and/or something for the short-term to conceal them (body make-up, concealer…)
Would really appreciate your help and advice. Can’t stand to have to wear sweaters in the summer and not be able to go on holiday’s and wear a bikini. I feel like an ugly monster.
Cheers guys x

try mederma some people get fantastic results with this… otherwise there are lazer techniques but they wont do this unless your past your acne phase.. unfortunately its a losing battle

Try using Bio-oil which contains the breakthrough ingredient Purcellin oil, it works well for scars, if not try Palmers Cocoa butter scar serum OR book urself for a microdermabrasion treatment which removes dead skin cells and reveals fresh new skin. this one costs around £65, the other two cost £10
